MILES AND MILES TO GO

MILES AND MILES TO GO

"'Miles and Miles to Go' should be a lock for five Grammies in the Earthy Soul With A Funky Stroll category, and if it’s not a category, then N.A.R.A.S should create one."

In 2014 the band happily released their fifth studio album, 'Miles and Miles to Go'. Simultaneously, they also released their first music video for the leadoff single, 'I've Been Found'. The album is the first to feature the band's new backup singers, as well as rapping by drummer Mike Underwood.

Always expanding upon his songwriting and stylistic choices, Sly Joe worked with production team Superhero Academy for half the tracks on the album. This gave it a delightfully broad range of sounds, from anthemic rock to delicate acoustic, throbbing 70's funk to glossy 21st century pop, and many more islands in between. The album also features a modern interpretation on classic tunes 'At Last' and 'A Beatiful Morning'.
